1 ripe avocado – $1.99 *hold me* – sliced

1 container marinated goat cheese, oil drained and used as dressing base

fruit flavored vinegar

salt & pepper

Make dressing. Put expensive avocado on exorbitant spinach and add some cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and dress.
